Physicochemical properties：

A colorless, transparent liquid that is highly hygroscopic, miscible with water in any proportion, and is almost completely mixed with all solvents (ethanol, acetaldehyde, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.). Product Usage

Electronic grade NMP application

(1) widely used as a solvent for polyvinylidene fluoride, and an electrode auxiliary material for a lithium ion battery;

(2) used for photoresist removal liquid, LCD liquid crystal material production;

(3) solvents used in pharmaceutical production;

(4) Cleaning of precision instruments and circuit boards used in the semiconductor industry.

Industrial grade NMP application

(1) Basic organic raw materials used for extraction and recovery in the petrochemical industry. It can be used as a solvent for recovering acetylene from natural gas or light naphtha pyrolysis gas, and the purity of recovered concentrated acetylene is 99.7%;

As an extractant for separating and recovering high-purity butadiene from cracked C4 hydrocarbons, the recovery rate is 97%, the recovered butadiene purity is 99.7%, and it is used as an extractant for recovering high-purity isoprene from cracking C5 hydrocarbons. The purity of pentadiene is 99%. When it is used as an aromatic extractant, it has high solubility and low vapor pressure for aromatics, low extractant loss rate and high aromatics recovery rate.

(2) For the lubrication of lubricating oil. It is used for the purpose of extracting aromatic hydrocarbons from lubricating oils to achieve refined lubricating oils.

(3) Used as a solvent for the polymer and the polymerization reaction. For example, a polymerization solvent for producing a polymer such as polyphenylene sulfide and aramid, polyimide, polyamide, or polyurethane;

(4) Because NMP has a large solubility to resin, it is used as a solvent for resin processing, and is specifically used for manufacturing coatings, floor paints, varnishes, composite coating films, integrated circuit enameled insulation materials, fiber fabrics and adhesives.
